Terms of Service

is hereinafter “Provider” shall reserve the time and date agreed with a paid Retainer Fee. All retainer fees/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the date of the event is changed or the event is canceled for any reason.

PRINTED ITEMS’ PRINTING COSTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED ONCE THE DESIGN PROCESS HAS STARTED. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING FEES OR ANY FEES MANDATED BY THE VENUE. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE/LOSS OF THE PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY THE CLIENT/CLIENT’S GUESTS.

No part of any order, including PHOTO previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS UNDER “PHOTO BOOTH INCLUDES” have a face value of up to $10 per item and cannot be discounted pre-event. If Provider cannot perform this contract due to fire, casualty, strike, the act of God, or other cause beyond the control of Provider, or due to operator’s illness or emergency, then the provider shall return the retainer to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to thIS contract. In the event of illness, the provider will replace the operator with a substitute if possible. In the event Provider fails to perform for any other reason, Provider shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order. PAYMENT OF BALANCE IS DUE ON EVENT DATE, OTHERWISE, CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED.
